Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the extrusion team, including workforce and shift planning
• Ensure production targets for quality, output, cost, and delivery
• Optimize extrusion processes (efficiency, scrap reduction, energy use)
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and HSE requirements

Requirements

• Degree or technical education in Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in production management, ideally in extrusion, rubber, plastics, or automotive
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Good command of English
