About the Position
Dein Berufseinstieg auf der Überholspur: Mit unserem Fast Track Trainee-Programm startest du als Consultant und lernst vom ersten Tag an von unseren erfahrenen Kolleg:innen.
Responsibilities
- Gestalte die digitale Transformation und Geschäftsprozesse bei unseren Kund:innen aktiv mit
- Entwickle innovative Lösungen zur Unternehmenssteuerung
- Setze neue Anforderungen an die Rechnungslegung mit SAP um
- Arbeite direkt an Kundenprojekten mit und lerne, dein Wissen in echten Projektsituationen anzuwenden
Requirements
- Master- und Bachelorabsolvent:innen der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Erste Praxiserfahrung aus einem Praktikum oder einer Werkstudierendentätigkeit in der Beratung oder in einem Industrieunternehmen
- Fokus auf Accounting und Controlling
- Kenntnisse mit Finanz-Systemen oder Datenverarbeitung (SAP, ERP, BI, PowerBI, etc.)
Nice to Have
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- Digitales Mindset und technische Fähigkeiten
