Responsibilities

At EY-Parthenon, you will be part of a team that delivers transformative strategy, transactions, tax, and corporate finance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in delivering key projects for clients on topics such as Debt and Capital Advisory, financial restructuring, and sustainable finance.
• Preparing and using financial models, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Developing sustainable finance frameworks and supporting finance raising activities.
• Reviewing a company’s financial status, preparing forecasts, and prognosis of cash flow requirements.
• Assisting in business development activities, including preparing presentations, go-to-market toolkits, and attending pursuit meetings with clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in accounting, finance, engineering, business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or other relevant qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of project financing, financial modelling, and banking & capital markets.
• Ability to perform commercial credit analysis and have basic knowledge of credit risk management concepts.
• Ability to analyze companies, their capital structure, and credit profile.
• Ability to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
