About the Position
【募集背景】
We are looking for a Fab Technician to join our team at Renesas in Yonezawa, Japan. If you have experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
【業務内容】
- Repair, maintenance, and management of semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Post-maintenance (investigation of failure causes and replacement of faulty parts)
- Preventive maintenance (maintenance and periodic inspection/adjustment of equipment)
- Improvement maintenance (problem identification, cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and improvement reporting)
- Management of equipment parts
- Development of strategies to reduce failure rates and decrease regular maintenance time
- Collaboration with technical and production departments to achieve high productivity through smart factory-related tasks
Requirements
【必須要件】
- Experience in equipment maintenance and repair in a manufacturing (factory) environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with relevant departments
- Ability to work in shifts
- Confidence in independently executing tasks
Nice to Have
【歓迎要件】
- Experience in maintenance and repair of semiconductor production equipment
- Education in electrical, electronic, engineering, chemistry, mechanical, or physics from a technical college, vocational high school, or higher
