About the Position
Fabasphere Sales Manager:in (f/m/d)
Marketing & Sales
· Vienna
· Full time
We are committed to transparency and equal treatment, therefore we particularly welcome applications from all age groups, regardless of gender, disabilities, origin, social and ethnic background, religion, ideology, or sexual identity.
Are you passionate about digitalization and looking for a new challenge where you can position complex software solutions in the B2B enterprise environment and actively develop new business opportunities?
Do you identify cross-solution use cases, translate them into clear business cases, and convince customers of the value and potential of the Fabasoft ecosystem?
Do you want to do more than just sell? Do you want to shape solutions, drive innovation, and inspire our customers with smart, tailored approaches? Then you’ve come to the right place.
Responsibilities
- Research target customers and contacts, gaining a clear understanding of their business models and challenges.
- Proactively build and manage your pipeline – waiting for leads is not your style.
- Structure and manage complex sales processes from initial contact through to closing and confidently present our solution concepts to customers.
- Build strong relationships with management and C-level executives, particularly in banking and insurance, pharmaceuticals, and the energy sector.
- Represent Fabasoft at industry events, trade fairs, and relevant networking events, and deliberately establish new contacts.
- Position Fabasphere and convincingly communicate the value of our solutions and the entire ecosystem. Where required, coordinate individual demos together with our solution teams.
- Prepare offers, support commercial and contractual negotiations, and lead the sales process through to signature.
- Actively shape sales plays, value propositions, target customer segments, and sales approaches and establish repeatable sales models based on them.
- Communicate excellently in German and English, assert yourself, and quickly adapt to new structures – from end users to C-level, you think beyond the immediate context.
Requirements
- Technical education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and a strong business acumen – or, alternatively, a business education with a good technical understanding.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a clear hunter mentality, and a strong focus on closing deals.
- Deep understanding of decision-making processes in larger companies.
- Structured and reliable work approach, consistently maintaining CRM, pipeline, and forecast.
- Application of established sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDDPICC.
- Understanding of the business and regulatory requirements of our customers and confidently addressing topics such as contract management, compliance, committee work, and digital document processes at management and C-level.
- Independent and proactive work style, bringing together different areas to achieve shared customer success.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
We Offer
- First-class catering (breakfast, coffee, drinks, fruit, and much more) and fantastic team events.
- An inspiring work environment with state-of-the-art office standards.
- A stress-free, sustainable commute (generous support for climate tickets and other annual network cards).
- A monthly home office quota.
- An above-average salary (approx. EUR 4,000 gross per month based on a 38.5-hour working week, depending on your experience and qualifications, plus a performance-based bonus).
