About the Position
We are seeking a Fabrication Methods Engineer to join our team in Trinidad and Tobago. The role focuses on preparing, coordinating, and improving fabrication work methods to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of yard activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, coordinate, and improve fabrication work methods
- Support fabrication planning, work pack development, productivity tracking, technical clarification
- Coordinate between engineering, production, welding, QA/QC, NDT, lifting, and HSE teams
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication Engineering, Welding Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in fabrication, pipe yard, structural steel, oil and gas, marine, or heavy industrial construction
- Familiarity with ASME, AWS, API, ISO, or client-specific fabrication standards
- Exposure to AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning/design software
