About the Position
Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d)
Join our team as a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration to support IT system planning, configuration, and maintenance, gaining hands-on experience in real projects.
Responsibilities
- Plan, Configure, and Maintain IT Systems: Support our team in planning, configuring, and maintaining IT systems – from clients to servers and cloud services.
- Real-World Tasks: Work on actual requirements, both internally and in exciting client projects.
- First-Level Support: Assist colleagues and customers with technical challenges, learning professional support and service processes.
- AI Integration: Use AI for error analysis, documentation, automation, and system optimization to work smarter and more efficiently.
Requirements
- Interest in IT & Systems: Genuine interest in IT infrastructure and possibly some prior experience in the IT world.
- Analytical & Solution-Oriented: Strong logical thinking skills and a passion for understanding and solving technical problems.
- Communicative & Helpful: Enjoy working with people, explaining well, and supporting colleagues and customers.
- (Vocational) High School Diploma: Your path is more important than perfect grades – as long as you are truly passionate about IT.
