Responsibilities

As a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFA), you will independently manage a company's occupational safety and provide advice to the management and executives on all relevant EHS topics. You will develop processes, support operational issues, and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.

• Independent management of a company's occupational safety according to ASiG and DGUV Vorschrift 2
• Advising and supporting the management and executives on all occupational health and safety issues
• Conducting and supporting risk assessments, site inspections, and accident investigations
• Deriving appropriate measures and ensuring their consistent follow-up until implementation
• Collaborating with authorities, supervisory bodies, and occupational health and safety associations
• Jointly developing EHS standards, processes, and safety culture with the relevant departments

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFA) and relevant qualification for managing company areas according to ASiG / DGUV Vorschrift 2
• Several years of practical experience in occupational health and safety or EHS environment
• Technical education or comparable professional background
• High level of professional and organizational independence and the ability to proactively manage your own area of responsibility
• Confident and assertive demeanor with a strong hands-on mentality in dealing with various stakeholders
• Experience in working with executives, authorities, and occupational health and safety associations, as well as the ability to identify, prioritize, and independently drive issues to completion
