About the Position
Facilities Coordinator (CDMX)
Join Figure, an AI robotics company, as a Facilities Coordinator in Mexico City to manage building operations and ensure a safe, functional workspace.
Responsibilities
- Lead the building operation: Maintenance, cleaning, utilities, and workplace services for a single unit.
- Manage security vendors: Point of contact for security (surveillance and CCTV).
- Manage contractors and service providers: Support in selection, scheduling, access, quality, and follow-up.
- Handle vendor contracts, SLAs, and tickets: Define escalation routines and drive issues to resolution.
- Lead adaptation and improvement projects: In collaboration with local leadership.
- Establish and maintain occupational safety routines and documentation: With external contractors.
- Build the facilities playbook: Including processes, vendors, and budgets, in line with Figure's standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years in facilities or workplace management: Proven track record of responsibility for a unit or site.
- Experience managing external vendors and contractors: With autonomy.
- Organized profile: With a disposition to work on-site, comfortable being the sole person responsible for everything related to the building.
- Professional English level: Written and oral coordination with teams in the USA.
Nice to Have
- Experience in industrial facilities, warehouses, or mixed office and operation environments.
- Experience opening or setting up a new unit.
- Familiarity with Mexican Labor Safety Regulations.
We Offer
- Base salary: $33,000 MXN to $43,000 MXN
- Benefits: Benefits above legal requirements
