Responsibilities
- Lead and Guide a Multidisciplinary Engineering Team: Set goals, priorities, and expectations to deliver effective technical support for Facilities and Infrastructures.
- Develop, Implement, and Improve Processes: Support operational and business objectives.
- Secure and Allocate Engineering Resources: Manage supplier technical performance and drive process improvements.
- Build and Sustain Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners, and team members.
- Review and Approve Technical Approaches: Ensure quality, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
- Participate in Make-or-Buy Evaluations: Provide technical oversight of suppliers.
- Coach, Mentor, and Motivate Employees: Strengthen technical capability, support career growth, and sustain high performance.
- Support Broader GREF Initiatives: Including reliability, asset management, capital planning and execution, and adoption of improved digital platforms.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry, or other technical degree.
- At least one year of experience in a leadership role or completion of the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”.
- Experience with Maximo or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems.
- Experience with oversight of budgets and financial data.
- Experience in financial acumen.
- Able to travel up to 25% domestically.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of experience in Facilities/Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
- Experience developing strategic long-range business plans or multiyear capital planning.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders.
- Experience in administering change management.
- Strategic decision-making, planning, and organizational skills.
