About the Position

You will join a strategic procurement team focused on large-scale CAPEX construction projects. You will lead sourcing activities, manage suppliers, and support the delivery of complex infrastructure and facility initiatives.

You will work closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams. You will contribute directly to cost optimization, supplier performance, and project delivery.

This role offers strong exposure to high-impact projects and global stakeholders. You will develop expertise in construction categories, contract management, and strategic sourcing within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis to identify suppliers and industry trends.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for CAPEX projects.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Support budget planning, cost tracking, and savings forecasts.
• Implement sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage supplier performance, quality, and delivery risks.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company standards.
• Adapt contracts and sourcing approaches to local needs.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in CAPEX construction procurement.
• Experience managing construction or technical contracts.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
• Fluent in English.
