About the Position

Facility Maintenance Intern

Location: An Phuoc Commune, Vietnam

Bosch has been operating in Vietnam since 1994, with its head office located at the Ho Chi Minh City plant (HcP) in Dong Nai Province. The HcP plant has a rich history, starting its belt assembly in 2008 and celebrating the inauguration of a new plant in 2011. Bosch Vietnam Co. Ltd. was established in 2014, merging all business entities.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance of the building and grounding, including door systems, canteen equipment, infrastructure, roof, drainage system, etc.
• Document Control & Tool Management: Review trouble records, handle issues, track documents for audits, manage tools, and plan inspections as required by law.
• Contractor Management: Manage contractors without violations, comply with work permits, ensure quality, and collaborate on surveys and quotations.
• Other Tasks: Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of study majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of Electrical systems and Utility systems (HVAC, compressed air).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, collaboration, positive thinking, and willingness to support when needed.
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
• Reliable, disciplined, patient, and careful.
