About the Position
ShanghaiTech University invites highly qualified candidates to fill multiple tenure-track/tenured faculty positions as its core founding team in the School of Creativity and Art (SCA). We seek candidates with exceptional academic records or demonstrated strong potentials in all cutting-edge research areas of Creativity and Art.
Academic Disciplines
Candidates in all areas of Creativity and Art shall be considered. Our recruitment focus includes, but is not limited to: interactive design, entertainment design, industrial design, mobility design, product design, screenwriting, design thinking, artificial intelligence, additive manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cutting-edge research in areas of Creativity and Art
- Develop and teach courses related to your research interests
- Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development
Requirements
- Strong research productivity and demonstrated potentials
- Ph.D. (Design, Interactive Digital Art, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Arts)
