We are looking for a Lease Agreement Support Specialist to join our team in Rivne, Ukraine to contribute to the scaling of the Company's assets.
Responsibilities

Drafting agreements with counterparties for the placement of telecommunications equipment;

Preparation of letters, appeals, responses to counterparties on contractual issues regarding the objects and ensuring the receipt of agreements from management bodies/organizations/enterprises;

Support of agreements for the use of real estate for the placement of telecommunications equipment;

Making adjustments to contractual relations, conducting a new expert assessment of the value of the lease object, ensuring the receipt of agreements from management bodies/organizations/enterprises, renegotiation of insurance contracts;

Monitoring compliance with the terms of lease agreements and additional agreements;

Record keeping and reporting, statistical data, analysis regarding the process of concluding, extending, renegotiating, and adjusting agreements and ensuring the correct display of this data in information systems.
Requirements

Work experience: from 1 year in a similar or related position;

Higher education (preferably in law or economics);

Skills in working with large volumes of data;

Proficient user of MS Office;

Category B driver's license, mechanics (preferred but not mandatory).
Telecommunications experience is not required! We train all new employees, and during the probationary period, everyone receives an experienced Mentor who helps them adapt and master all work processes.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, hybrid format (several days in the office, several remotely).

ЮТК is a Ukrainian company that builds telecom towers and leases them to telecom operators. ЮТК was founded in 2021 on the technological and expert base of the largest Ukrainian telecom operator Kyivstar. Currently, the company's portfolio includes over 8,000 sites (masts, towers, poles) throughout Ukraine.
