About the Position
Фахівець з автологістики (Back-office / документообіг)
У зв'язку з розширенням команди шукаємо фахівця з автологістики, який відповідатиме за документообіг, внесення даних у Excel та взаємодію з перевізниками.
Посада НЕ пов’язана з диспетчерською роботою - це офісна адміністративно-операційна роль.
Responsibilities
Документообіг
- Збір та перевірка первинних документів (контрактів, накладних, рахунків).
- Сканування, архівування, підшивка документів.
- Контроль отримання оригіналів від контрагентів.
Робота в Excel
- Внесення даних у внутрішню Excel-таблицю (рейси, ТТН, рахунки).
- Перевірка повноти та правильності інформації.
- Підготовка документів для бухгалтерії.
Взаємодія з перевізниками
- Отримання та перевірка рахунків.
- Обмін документами, уточнення даних.
- Контроль статусу документів по кожному рейсу.
Договори
- Підготовка та перевірка договорів з перевізниками.
- Контроль комплектності документів.
Requirements
- Досвід роботи з документами або у логістиці - буде перевагою.
- Володіння Excel (фільтри, таблиці, базові формули).
- Розуміння первинної бухгалтерської та логістичної документації.
- Уважність, відповідальність, системність.
- Готовність швидко навчатись.
