About the Position
We are seeking a Фахівець з обліку робочого часу (Time Tracking Specialist) to join our defense industry client's team in Kyiv, Ukraine. Responsible for managing work schedules and payroll.
Responsibilities
- Preparation and documentation of work schedules based on data from department managers;
- Analysis of employee attendance and making changes to schedules;
- Keeping records of actual working hours, sick leaves, and vacations;
- Calculation and control of bonuses, allowances, and surcharges;
- Ensuring the correctness of vacation requests;
- Interaction with the finance and production departments to ensure correct inter-departmental work.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position (HR department, time tracking, etc.) for at least 2 years;
- Experience working in a manufacturing enterprise;
- Experience with PC, 1C, and Excel at a confident user level;
- Attention to detail and responsibility.
