Description

Key tasks:

• Reception, analysis, and initial diagnosis of user requests.
• Consulting on working with corporate information systems.
• Performing data operations: import, export, data correctness check, report generation.
• Monitoring service operation, access control, basic system settings.
• Task automation using Bash scripts.
• Supporting IP telephony and digital communication channels (user setup, queue control, basic diagnostics).
• Participation in updating knowledge bases, preparing user instructions.

Requirements:

• Experience working with users from 1 year (Service Desk, technical support, business system support, consulting).
• General understanding of information systems, databases, cloud services, and corporate software principles.
• Experience with task and incident tracking systems (*Worksection, Jira, Trello or similar).
• Ability to analyze requests, ask clarifying questions, and find the root cause of problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).
• Basic Bash skills (script writing, task automation).
• Understanding of BPMN notation (reading and modeling business processes).
• Understanding of IP telephony principles (SIP protocol, call routing, queues).
• Experience with IP telephony systems or contact centers (user setup, access control, basic diagnostics).
• Developed communication skills and ability to work with different user categories.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with information.

Advantages:

• Experience with CRM Creatio (user, operator, or administrator level), particularly in data processing tasks, report generation, and working with data obtained from/to the system.
• Understanding of information security principles and access management.
• Experience with integrations or API at a basic level.
• Experience in the insurance or fintech sector.
• English language proficiency at the Intermediate level (reading technical documentation).
