Responsibilities
- Implementing the OpenBanking system as part of the project team
- Ongoing support of the OpenBanking system
- Resolving incidents in the OpenBanking system
- Advising users of the OpenBanking system
- Interaction with system support teams and outsourcers
Requirements
- Experience in technical support of specialized banking software
- Knowledge of banking payments
- Knowledge of remote service systems for cash banking systems and payment card systems
- Ability to resolve incidents
- Experience in implementing large systems in the banking sector
- Ability to work in a team, initiative, systematic approach, and communication skills
Language Skills
- Ukrainian: Native
- English: Intermediate
