About the Position
Werkstudent Kundentelefonie Service Im Homeoffice (M/W/D)
TDG Tele Dienste GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of the Zurich Group, is looking for a remote work-from-home customer service student to support the Zurich Group in customer telephony. This role offers flexible working hours, professional setup with provided IT equipment, and structured training. If you are looking for a part-time job that fits well with your studies and allows you to work mainly in the evenings (19:00 to 23:00) and on weekends/holidays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Support our communication professionals in the Zurich Group in the area of customer telephony.
- Work remotely with flexible hours from 19:00 to 23:00.
- Participate in training sessions in Eschborn.
- Engage in analysis, presentations, and projects at key interfaces.
Requirements
- Customer Service: Experience or willingness to learn in customer service.
- Remote Work: Ability to work effectively from home.
- Flexibility: Availability to work in the specified time slots.
