About the Position
We are seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead multiple small to medium sized Services projects for the U.S. Federal Government. This role is pivotal in managing project lifecycles, client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple small to medium sized Services projects and/or a small EPC project.
- Manage multiple clients and/or projects.
- Obtain new/repeat business on medium size projects; support contract negotiations with client peers.
- Manage risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology, or new clients.
- Business Development: Identify client requirements, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and lead project teams in preparing and presenting project estimates and proposals.
- Business Acumen: Negotiate contract commercial terms, manage project budgets, costs, and receivables, and apply knowledge of policies and regulations to project scope.
- Execution: Utilize B&V project management phases & methodology including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closeout to direct work.
- Leadership: Communicate clear expectations, goals, and vision, manage performance of direct reports, and motivate, coach, and mentor professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years’ experience working with A/E design teams associated with the U.S. Department of Defense.
- Experience with full project lifecycle from proposal to design to construction.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License or Registered Architect (RA).
- Experience with AFCEC, NAVFAC, and/or USACE.
- Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
- Experience with Business Development, Business Acumen, Execution, and Leadership.

Salary
The annual compensation range for this position is $126,236.00 - $214,599.00 USD.
