Federal Project Manager - Missile Defense Agency Support (MDA)

About the Position

We are seeking a Federal Project Manager for Missile Defense Agency Support (MDA) to join our team in various US locations, managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small to medium sized Services projects and/or a small EPC project.
• Manage multiple clients and/or projects.
• Obtain new/repeat business on medium size projects; support contract negotiations with client peers.
• Manage risk which may include fixed price engineering, new technology, or new clients.
• Business Development: Identifies client requirements, develops and maintains relationships with clients, and leads project teams in preparing and presenting project estimates and proposals.
• Business Acumen: Negotiates contract commercial terms, manages project budgets, costs, and receivables, and applies knowledge of policies and regulations to project scope.
• Execution: Utilizes B&V project management phases & methodology to direct work, manages changes and risk, and manages constructability and procurement.
• Leadership: Communicates clear expectations, goals, and vision, manages performance of direct reports, and motivates, coaches, and mentors professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years’ experience working with A/E design teams associated with the U.S. Department of Defense.
• Experience with full project lifecycle from proposal to design to construction.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License or Registered Architect (RA).
• Experience with AFCEC, NAVFAC, and/or USACE.
• Experience with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
• Ability to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Experience with Business Development, Business Acumen, Execution, and Leadership.

Salary

• Annual compensation range: $126,236.00 - $214,599.00
