We are Germany's leading specialist agency for mobile apps. You've probably already used an app that we've worked on - for example Tagesschau, RTL+, Eurovision Song Contest, ARD Quiz, Kika, etc. Do you want to work on one of our next successful projects? Then this position is just right for you!

To strengthen our team in the heart of Leipzig, we are looking for a part-time Feelgood Manager (m/f/d) (min. 20h/week). You are the good soul of the office, always have an open ear and regularly put a smile on your colleagues' faces with kindness? Responsibilities

  • Reception with warmth: As the first point of contact in the office, you put a smile on the faces of our colleagues, guests and external service providers. Friendly, helpful and competent, you will master all reception challenges and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
  • Feelgood management: An inspiring working environment is important to you? With your creativity and organizational skills, you will design team events, create a feel-good atmosphere in the office and bring fresh impetus to room planning.
  • Office management 2.0: With your organizational talent and digital finesse, you bring order to the system and keep the office running smoothly. From procuring consumables to managing equipment - you keep an overview and ensure that everything runs like clockwork.
  • Internal tools - help shape and optimize: Our internal tools are part of efficient collaboration. You contribute your ideas and expertise to develop them further and make them even more user-friendly. Travel and cost management? With your input, it's child's play!
  • Meetings & teamwork: Do you love organizing things and supporting teams? From preparing meetings to completing cross-team assistance tasks - your efforts will bring everyone together and ensure efficient collaboration.

Requirements

  • First professional experience: You have already gained some experience in the areas of service, front desk or assistance and are familiar with the challenges and joys of these varied tasks.
  • Conscientious and proactive: You work independently and reliably, maintain an overview and prevent potential bottlenecks. With your proactive way of working, you ensure smooth processes.
  • MS Office pro: You know the MS Office programs like the back of your hand and use them skillfully to complete your tasks efficiently.
  • German to perfection: You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and can express yourself confidently.
  • English - no problem: You understand and speak English fluently and can communicate confidently with international colleagues and guests.
