ITSCare, headquartered in Frankfurt with a central location in Stuttgart, is a 100% subsidiary of three AOKs. As a service provider with approximately 700 qualified employees, we are responsible for processing and storing the social data of around 7.5 million insured individuals. Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
- Advise on the purchase of suitable hardware and software and assemble complete systems and networks, which you not only install but also maintain yourself
- As a future IT expert, you will be able to provide the technically necessary support to users
- Engage intensively with new, often complex topics from the areas of applications, support, agile developments of IT solutions, etc.
The training takes place predominantly in Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg, although you may also be deployed at other ITSCare locations from time to time. The training in cooperation with the it.schule Stuttgart lasts 3 years.
Requirements
- Enjoy solving "IT puzzles"
- Interest in technical systems and our industry, the statutory health insurance
- Enjoy dealing with people and customers
- Approach your future profession with curiosity and motivation
- At least a good secondary school diploma
