About the Position
FICO Consultant
We are seeking an experienced FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP FI CO to join our team in Shanghai, Suzhou, or Harbin, China.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill the role as an experienced SAP FI CO consultant in end-to-end SAP projects (Roll-outs, R/3 implementations, Application Management Services, and SAP All-In-One implementations).
- Define business requirements concerning Finance and Controlling processes for customers and provide suitable solutions and advice.
- Have rich experience in legal requirements and SAP solutions to meet those requirements.
- Experience in golden tax interfacing and solutions.
- Capture business requirements into a business blueprint and guide customers.
- Responsible for the setup of SAP FI CO functionalities, configuring the system accordingly.
- Manage the FI CO scope of projects and identify scope changes.
- Test and document the system and provide training to key-users.
- Serve as the contact person for the Finance and Controlling business process owner and key-users, providing support after go-live.
- Passionate about SAP, Finance, and Controlling, ensuring total quality on all delivered projects in line with templates and corporate standards.
- Support existing global customers in Application Management Services, solving their issues efficiently using Finance and Controlling knowledge.
- Integrate logistics into FICO and support the sales team on content level (business processes and SAP modules) and project planning level (time estimation, adjusting proposals to fit client requirements, etc.) for presales projects.
- Build up customer references through professionalism and support the Delaware growth in China by supporting team growth.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimal 7 years of SAP experience in SAP FI CO.
- More than 10 implementation projects from A-Z, including presales, Customizing of SAP, integration testing, go-live, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Strong team player with a leading character.
- Commercial attitude and experience in successful presales activities.
- Willingness to travel within China.
- Initiative and enthusiasm about growing with the company and actively pushing its growth within China.
