About the Position

Field Application Engineer COMINT/SIGINT (m/w/x)

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer COMINT/SIGINT to join our team in Nürnberg, Germany, specializing in communication intelligence and signal analysis. If this sounds interesting, we look forward to your application!

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of customer visits for individual demonstration and consultation regarding our products
  • Specialization in our software solutions for creating strategic and tactical situational awareness pictures
  • COMINT technology (Communication Intelligence) for the collection, processing, and basic analysis of radio messages
  • SIGINT technology (Signal Intelligence) for advanced data analysis of various signal sources (sensor data fusion) and comprehensive context analysis
  • Implementation of use case analyses, development of solution concepts, and setup of customized system configurations for customers for specific missions and optimized results
  • Preparation and evaluation of customer feedback, handover to and discussion with the development departments, and support in the elaboration of our technology roadmap
  • Technology demonstrations for customers and support in the execution of test measurements and demo activities for internal purposes
  • Close cooperation and communication with other departments, e.g., System Engineering, Hardware, IT, Software, Customer Service, Sales, Portfolio
  • International cooperation with customers and experts from other locations

Requirements

  • Completed technical education or technical degree in the fields of electronics, electrical engineering, communications technology, computer science, or a comparable field
  • Good knowledge and extensive practical experience in the areas of radio surveillance, signal analysis, and sensor data fusion
  • Basic knowledge of the objectives and processes in strategic and tactical radio reconnaissance and multimodal signal evaluation
  • High analytical skills, solution-oriented work, and efficient implementation in the individual support and consultation of our customers
  • High customer orientation and pronounced communication skills with different internal and external target groups
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 40% per year) to the branches of our international customers
  • Very good German and very good English language skills in speech and writing
