Field Application Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a Field Application Specialist to join our team in SE Asia. This role involves conducting product training and supporting business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular visits to construction sites and dealer shops to conduct product application and demonstration training.
• Educate contractors and applicators (such as tilers, masons, and painters) to promote the conversion from site-mix to pre-mixed products.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, applicators, and key influencers to support business development activities within the team.
• Collect feedback on product performance, application practices, and customer needs.
• Share field insights with marketing and sales teams to identify emerging application trends and market opportunities.
• Accompany sales representatives during customer visits when technical support is required.
• Support cross-functional collaboration, including contributing to technical content for product brochures, media contents, and other communication materials.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Experience in the field of technical or civil construction or a similar field; graduates with good skills and a can-do attitude are welcome to apply.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of construction finishing products, such as tile adhesive, skim coat, plastering, and familiar with construction materials testing skills.
• Skills: Good organization skills and communication skills, hard-working, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
• Language: Preferred candidates with fair English communication skills.
