Field Engineer – ACC/AJO

About the Position

VML is a global creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce to create connected brands that drive growth. We are seeking a Field Engineer – ACC/AJO to join our Enterprise Solutions division in Noida, India.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory support to clients and implementation partners for Adobe Campaign implementation.
• Gather and understand client's unique business requirements.
• Share best practices and recommendations to build customized solutions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure the implementation cycle follows industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by customers.
• Communicate proactively with client and implementation partner teams.
• Collaborate with Adobe internal teams and client/implementation partners.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience as a client-facing consultant.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Campaign (ACC).
• Experience in building customer journey campaigns, workflows, and setting up source connectors.
• Understanding of segments in AEP and leveraging these segments in building journeys.
• Experience in implementing journey automations, actions, and messages.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel data management, segmentation, orchestration, automation, and personalization.
• Experience in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science with equivalent work experience.
