About the Position
Field Marketing Manager - 12 Month Contract
This is a full-time role based in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:
- Build genuine partnerships with Sales to shape regional GTM plays and drive aligned account strategies, pipeline movement, and closed deals
- Own the strategy behind field and regional marketing, creating multi-channel plans that combine in-person experiences, digital campaigns, content, and account-based engagement
- Analyze pipeline, program, and campaign performance data to shape investment and prove what's working
- Translate global campaigns, customer stories, product priorities, and sales motions into localized strategies for enterprise audiences in the US market
- Coordinate brand, content, customer marketing, product marketing, and lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive field programs
- Manage the operational side of field marketing, including budgets, vendors, timelines, and execution quality across various events and programs
- Work independently, switching comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on delivery
Requirements
- Real, specific proof of partnership with Sales producing aligned strategies that moved pipeline and helped close deals
- Experience owning regional or field programs with quantifiable pipeline or revenue impact
- Enthusiasm for data analysis to make decisions and prove impact
- Experience building marketing strategies, plans, and multi-channel campaigns
- Experience working within ABM frameworks for enterprise accounts
- Ability to coordinate across various marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in the US market (Canada and Latin America experience is a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company
