As a Field Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing Team and our Business Lines to develop effective, tailored marketing concepts and solutions for our professional services. This role can be based at any of our locations in Sweden. This is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely, but it is not fully remote. You must be based within commuting distance of one of our Swedish offices.

At Communardo, we believe great consulting is about more than technology. It’s about understanding people, business needs, and the challenges behind the request - and finding the right solutions. We combine deep Atlassian expertise with a consultative mindset, helping customers connect people, processes, and technology to create real business value. And as AI reshapes the way teams work, we’re passionate about exploring how humans and technology can work better together. As part of an international team, we work across borders, share knowledge, and collaborate closely to create meaningful value for our customers. Marketing plays an important role in bringing our expertise to life, communicating what we do, and connecting our solutions with the people and organizations that need them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns and activities across online marketing, PR, and events.
  • Manage and coordinate our online communication channels (website, blogs, social media, newsletters), both internally and in collaboration with external service providers.
  • Create and adapt branded materials to promote our product portfolio, such as brochures, blog posts, educational videos.
  • Turn our topics and services into engaging success stories, professional video content, and memorable visual concepts.
  • Regularly measure and report on the performance of marketing activities and derive actionable recommendations from the results.
  • Be the key point of contact for the ongoing development and content management of our digital media channels.
  • Act as an interface between Sales and the relevant business departments, supporting the generation and qualification of customer and prospect inquiries.
  • Help plan, coordinate, and prepare local marketing and customer events, ensuring they are well-organized and aligned with our marketing objectives.
  • Support marketing activities across all four Nordic countries, collaborating with local teams to ensure consistent communication while adapting initiatives to local markets and needs.

Requirements

  • University degree in marketing, media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least two years of professional experience in a marketing environment.
  • Significant expertise in event organization, online marketing, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills, understanding the importance of your role as a key interface between colleagues, partners, and customers.
  • Ability to create compelling content that sparks interest and curiosity.
  • Confident communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.

We Offer

  • A varied role with real impact: Shape and coordinate marketing activities across the Nordics, with room to bring your own ideas to life.
  • Nordic collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across four Nordic countries and benefit from shared knowledge and experience.
  • Room to be creative: Develop engaging campaigns, compelling content, and memorable experiences that bring our services to life.
  • Close collaboration with the business: Work with Marketing, Sales, and our Business Lines to turn expertise into relevant communication and business opportunities.
  • Opportunities to grow: Expand your skills across digital marketing, content creation, events, and lead generation.
  • A supportive team: Join colleagues who value collaboration, initiative, and sharing knowledge.
