At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to teach robots the real world. We’re now looking for a Field Operations Specialist who is independent, highly organized, and technically curious to join our team.

Salary: 7.000 - 10.000 PLN on UoP + per diem as per Polish labour law
Employment contract 50% - 75% of full-time (¾)
100% international travel to client sites across the EU, and occasionally outside the EU.

Responsibilities

Organize travel logistics, approvals, and budgeting for international site visits
Handle receipts and the reimbursement process
Represent the company during on-site deployments, maintenance, and escalations
Support on-site setup tasks and communicate clearly with client staff and internal operators
Document site conditions, workflows, and post-visit summaries
Coordinate with PM and Engineering to prepare and summarize site activities
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships by offering high-quality, consistent support

Requirements

Comfortable with international travel
Excellent organizational and self-management skills
Strong written and spoken English (B2+)
Proactive mindset and comfort with new, ambiguous situations
Valid European driver's license
EU Citizenship without travel restrictions

Nice to Have

Experience in field support, logistics, QA, or customer service is a plus
