Field Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in components, assemblies, and processes.
• Test, review, analyze, and conduct root cause analysis on post-installation product failures and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Collaborate with the Field Service, Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Configuration, Supplier Quality, and Sales teams to address and improve Field Quality.
• Provide quality expertise throughout the product lifecycle, including build inputs and installation at customer venues.
• Implement strategic quality improvement plans across multiple departments and monitor ongoing performance.
• Conduct on-site field installation audits.
• Support continuous improvement of product build and warranty repair recovery programs.
• Develop end-of-life cycle standards and metrics for materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field and/or experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Business Processes.
• Hands-on experience with quality systems, supplier/product auditing, and production quality engineering.
• Knowledge and experience working with electronic systems related to power, lighting, audio, touch technology, visual displays, and networking systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to review and sort complex data sets, identify trends, and patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and other quality methodologies.
• Functional understanding of the gaming, development, manufacturing, and technology industries.
