About the Position

We are seeking a Field Sales Representative for Germany to identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Location

• Remote-based (field visits in region North, West, East or South)

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead qualification and customer needs analysis to proposal and deal closure.
• Visit clients regularly to maintain relationships, provide technical support, and promote cross- and up-selling.
• Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and scientific conferences.
• Prepare quotations and manage tendering processes as required.
• Accurately report activities using CRM tools (Salesforce).

Requirements

• BSc / MSc / PhD in Life Sciences
• Hands-on lab experience in molecular biology techniques (e.g., DNA/RNA extraction, PCR/RT-qPCR, cloning, protein expression)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
• Availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
