Field Service Engineer - West London

About the Position

We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in West London to join Franke Coffee Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and resolving ongoing issues. You will ensure a quality and reliable service, manage stock levels, and maintain customer relations at a site level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to agreed Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes
• Participate in an on-call weekend rota for Engineer Technical Assistance and reactive calls (1 every 6 weekends)
• Highlight technical skills gaps
• Highlight customer skills gaps
• Manage stock levels
• Manage customer relations at a site level
• Keep up to date with all company admin and courses
• Highlight issues where Account Support is required due to ongoing Customer Issues

Requirements

• Ability to demonstrate an understanding and experience in the remit of the Field Engineers role
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the coffee machine or vending industry
• Competent using phones and laptop
• Excellent communication skills
• Personal integrity
• Ability to analyze and prioritize
• Understand when to inform and when to escalate issues
• Any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities that arise on a day-to-day basis or over a period of time that falls in the remit of the role
