About the Position
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support across multiple Inetum project environments. The role focuses on end-user support, device troubleshooting, Windows administration, and basic Microsoft 365 user administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure corporate software and Microsoft applications.
- Support basic network connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and printing.
- Perform basic Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, groups, and licenses.
- Support Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive, including authentication, MFA, and synchronization issues.
- Record activities and resolutions within ticketing systems.
Requirements
- Experience in onsite technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting.
- Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
- Valid driving license.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 or MD-102.
Compensation
- Compensation: EUR 1000 - EUR 1200 - monthly
