Field Support Agent - Full time

Responsibilities

• Rebalancing vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability
• Charging, cleaning, and performing quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience
• Acting as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions
• Completing checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment
• Occasionally delivering vehicles directly to customers and assisting with pickups

Requirements

• A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver’s license (must've held your license for a minimum of 2 years)
• Flexibility on shift patterns
• Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset
• An interest in autonomous vehicles and future mobility
• Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment

Salary

The pay for this role is $15 per hour plus performance-based bonus structure and is paid bi-weekly.
