About the Position

Final assembler Intern 总装操作工实习生

Hitachi Energy is seeking a dedicated Final Assembler Intern to join our team in Chongqing, China. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and master the skills required for final assembly processes, ensuring production quality and contributing to sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Study and master the skills of all processes of final assembly, including pre-assembly, into VP, tightening active parts, tanking, and access assembly.
• Operate according to the requirements of design drawings, process documents, and operation instructions.
• Keep records during the production process and ensure the 5S system is maintained.
• Report any safety, quality, or schedule issues during production.
• Implement safety operation procedures, environmental, and occupational health management regulations.
• Manage and correctly use equipment, fixtures, tools in the section, and perform necessary maintenance.
• Comply with the company’s work schedule and related regulations.

Requirements

• Technical school degree or above
• Simple mechanical drawing reading ability
• Ability to work at heights with no relevant occupational taboos
• Adapt to morning, middle, and night shifts as well as abrupt shift changes
• Healthy, hard-working, studious, honest, and reliable
• Good team spirit and communication skills
• Serious and rigorous work with a strong sense of work quality, responsibility, and initiative
• Obey the work adjustment and arrangement of the company management
