About the Position

We are hiring 2 Finance Advice Analysts to join our Manila team and support Group Finance stakeholders based in the Netherlands. This is a strong opportunity for finance professionals who want to deepen their exposure to financial reporting, planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting automation in an international banking environment. If you are analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to improve how finance work gets done, this role offers meaningful scope and strong stakeholder exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial data coordination, consolidation, and reporting across recurring finance cycles
  • Provide analytical support for actuals, planning, and forecasting activities
  • Prepare variance analysis and reporting commentary to support finance decision-making
  • Work with stakeholders to improve reporting processes, simplify activities, and identify automation opportunities
  • Partner closely with senior Financial Controllers in the Netherlands to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely delivery

Requirements

  • Background in finance, preferably with exposure to financial reporting, planning, analysis, or performance management
  • Strong Excel capability; experience with data transformation, reporting, or automation tools is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deliverables with accuracy
  • Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially when working with international stakeholders
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and a mindset for continuous improvement
