About the Position
We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to join our growing team in Kecamatan Kosambi, Indonesia. This role involves overseeing the company’s overall finance and accounting activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Finance & Accounting Manager in managing the company’s overall finance and accounting activities.
- Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting processes.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank transactions.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure consistency between internal records and actual transactions.
- Monitor budget vs. actual expenses and analyze significant variances.
- Support the improvement of Finance & Accounting systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Supervise, guide, and monitor Finance & Accounting team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Accounting experience
- Bookkeeping skills
- Financial reporting capabilities
- Knowledge of cash flow
- Experience with accounts payable (AP)
- Experience with accounts receivable (AR)
- Familiarity with bank transactions
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations
- Understanding of budget vs. actual expenses
- Knowledge of internal controls
