About the Position
Keep the numbers behind Enline in order: budgets, costs, cash, and the reporting management relies on.
Responsibilities
- Track budget vs actual by department and flag variances.
- Maintain trackers for suppliers, costs, reimbursements, and travel expenses.
- Monitor cash movements, invoicing status, and collections.
- Prepare financial inputs for management reporting.
- Organize documentation for grants, audits, and due diligence.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Attention to detail and a practical, organized mindset.
- Good written and spoken English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
