Responsibilities
- Contribute to the end-to-end preparation and submission of both financial and regulatory reports for our Italian branch.
- Take partial to full ownership of the finance and regulatory reporting aspects of interdisciplinary projects.
- Help interpret and assess the financial impact of new accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of our financial controls, data quality, and reporting workflows.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax-related processes and services for our Italian clients.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree programme, preferably with a focus on economics, business, finance, or banking.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.
- Enjoy working with financial data and embrace opportunities to leverage new AI tools.
- Solid command of software tools used in finance and regulatory reporting (including Excel and/or Google Sheets).
- Work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
- Excellent command of both English and Italian, written and spoken.
