About the Position

Finance & Strategy MBA Intern - Leadership Track

National Black MBA Association is seeking an MBA intern for its Finance & Strategy Leadership Development Program (FSLDP) in Summer 2027. You will partner with Amgen’s organizational leaders and gain exposure across Finance & Strategy, with mentoring and executive-level access from internship start to finish. Interns who succeed enter a 3-year rotational program across Finance and Strategy teams within FSLDP, with strong emphasis on project execution and leadership development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• MBA degree
• Strong interest in Finance & Strategy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
