About the Position
Join a globally recognized investment firm located in the CBD as a Finance Associate (AP) where you will handle critical governance and operational functions in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. This role offers a modern hybrid work arrangement requiring only two days of office-based presence per week.
Responsibilities
- Manage oversight for all regional banking arrangements and user access rights to maintain strict internal policy compliance.
- Prepare high-value capital movements, including vendor payments, investment wires, and coordination of capital call processes with external partners.
- Act as a key liaison for financial institutions regarding account openings and regulatory filings for international transfers.
- Support the investor relations function by managing portal access and reviewing notices for fund participants.
- Maintain comprehensive trackers for all fund-level investment activities to ensure document completeness.
Requirements
- Commerce degree.
- At least three to four years of experience in financial operations or fund administration.
- High level of technical aptitude and interest in implementing AI solutions to modernize traditional finance workflows.
- Detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex transfers independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and vendors.
