FINANCE AUTOMATION SPECIALIST

Location: Košice - Juh, Slovakia (job with occasional home office)

What will your day look like?

• Daily accounting and process automation in ERP systems
• Using LLMs to improve efficiency and automate work
• Invoice checking and processing within the approval workflow
• Supporting senior accountants in preparing monthly and yearly closings and financial statements
• Support with international closings and reporting
• Communication with various departments to resolve financial matters
• Ensuring deadlines and accuracy in financial processes
• Maintaining accuracy of data transactions
• Preparing documentation for audits and institutional partners

Who are we looking for?

• University undergraduate or recent graduate required (Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business)
• Technological mindset: desire to work with tools such as AI, Tableau, or modern ERP systems
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Analytical skills: a flair for numbers and the ability to solve complex problems
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2)
