About the Position
We are looking for a Finance Business Advice Expert to join our team in Milan, Italy. This role is integral to the Management Accounting - Finance Business Advice team of ING Italy, focusing on retail banking expenses and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Covers area of Retail Banking
- Expenses reporting, control, and planning
- Business cases evaluation and monitoring
- Exposure to non-financial KPIs
- Exposure to local board and close interaction with Head Office
- Functional coordination of the Retail Banking expenses team
Requirements

Educational/Professional background:
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Work experience: 7-10 years in similar roles
- Banking background desired (experience in international banks is an advantage)

Skills required:
- Advanced usage of MS Office tools (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
