Responsibilities
- Providing analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions
- Accountability for financial forecasts accuracy and challenging cost drivers
- Leading financial planning process and target-setting
- Preparing insightful performance reporting
- Identifying process improvement opportunities in finance
- Communicating governance and compliance standards
- Leading risk management processes
Requirements
- Qualified finance professional
- Experience in finance business partnering and with financial systems to support decisions
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
Nice to Have
- Pharma experience
- Understanding of drug development lifecycle and commercial aspects
