About the Position

Our client, a leading European manufacturer of PVC windows, aluminium windows/doors, and roller shutters, is currently seeking an independent Finance Business Partner to report directly to the Finance Director.

Our client is a prominent player in the European market, specializing in the production of high-quality PVC windows, aluminium windows/doors, and roller shutters.

Responsibilities

• Oversight: Monitor operational and financial performance, including cost control and efficiency analysis.
• Support: Assist in budgeting, forecasting (CAPEX/OPEX), and production/inventory planning processes.
• Analysis: Analyze KPIs, variances, and financial risks, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare management reports, ad hoc analyses, and ensure data quality.
• Partnering: Collaborate with operations and site management to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning and operational finance projects, driving process optimization and best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in finance, economics, or management (preferably controlling/operational finance).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational or production finance/business partnering.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.
  • Knowledge of production processes, cost management, and KPI analysis.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI), advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English - strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
