YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs, priorities, and challenges, building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters
• Deliver financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks
• Actively participate in budgeting, planning, and forecasting cycles
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement actionable financial strategies

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in controlling, financial planning, or management consulting
• Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, paired with solid proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis
• Tools: Experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor, have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies, and ideally feel comfortable writing SQL queries
• Languages: Business-fluent in both German and English
