About the Position

Finance Business Partner

This is a hybrid role. As a Finance Business Partner, you'll work closely with leaders across Retail Operations, Property, Procurement, and Corporate Functions, helping them understand performance, manage costs, and make informed decisions.

We're looking for a Finance Business Partner who thrives on building relationships, influencing decisions, and turning financial insight into action. Reporting to the Head of Commercial and Financial Management, this is an opportunity to join a newly formed team where you'll have real visibility, meaningful ownership, and the chance to help shape how we partner with the business in the future.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and challenge
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting activities
• Analyzing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and making a meaningful impact
• Supporting cost optimization initiatives and commercial decision-making
• Translating complex financial information into clear recommendations
• Delivering reporting and insights that improve business performance

Requirements

• Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Management Accounting in a large complex business
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience
• Experience in influencing and challenging stakeholders at different levels
• Proven experience analyzing large volumes of data
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or exam finalist
