About the Position
Finance Business Partner
Kyiv, Ukraine

Key Responsibilities
- Financial modeling, multi-year forecasting, analysis, budgeting
- Management reporting - CF, PL, KPIs
- Development and strategic planning of the financial policy of the Group of companies
- Achieve faster end-of-month closing
- Additional responsibilities can include management of information technologies, insurance, sales tax reporting, federal income tax reporting, outside CPA audits, and human resources
- Controller is essentially responsible for the financial and regulatory compliance of the Company
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while having both keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Google tables skills
- Highly motivated, very responsible, dynamic, and strong team player
- Tasked with ensuring accuracy but also improving efficiency
- Previous experience in IT will be a plus
- B2 in English
