About the Role

The Finance Revenue Growth Manager plays a critical commercial finance leadership role within the RGM & Finance function, accountable for strengthening revenue growth decision-making through robust financial fundamentals, advanced RGM capabilities, and strong trade commercial insight (TCI). The role partners closely with Commercial, Marketing, Trade, and Category teams to ensure pricing, trade margin, investment decisions, and system enablers are accurate, competitive, and strategically aligned.

This role has material influence on business performance, acting as a senior finance business partner to shape pricing competitiveness, trade investment effectiveness, and strategic initiatives across the portfolio, while also ensuring strong governance, tracking, and system enablement.


Responsibilities

  • Lead & own end-to-end pricing, trade margin, and investment governance, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Act as a finance business partner to Commercial, Trade, Marketing, and Category teams, influencing pricing, negotiations, and investment decisions.
  • Drive strategic RGM support across customer commercials and new product introductions through cross-functional workstreams ensuring pricing, trade mechanics, and investment frameworks are financially robust, RGM aligned, and value accretive.
  • Shape and enhance RGM systems and tools (e.g., Vistex, promo management, PIR), improving decision speed, insight quality, and usability.
  • Embed a customer- and banner-level profitability mindset, supporting evolving P&Ls and trade effectiveness insights.
  • Proactively manage personal workload and project prioritization to ensure high-quality delivery on time in full.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred).
  • 5+ years in commercial finance, RGM, pricing, trade investment, or related roles, ideally within pharmaceutical, FMCG, or a highly regulated consumer environment.
  • Strong commercial finance and RGM capability with a proven track record of translating complex financial data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Advanced understanding of trade economics, pricing, trade investment, and promotional effectiveness.
  • Strong systems and data orientation, with experience leveraging tools and enablers to improve decision quality and efficiency.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of Vistex or alternative TPM solution and SAP is a plus.
  • Professional qualification (CPA, MBA, or equivalent) considered a strong asset.
